When in arena, I can't see what I or anybody else from my server are saying in local or shout chat. I can, however, read all messages from players on other servers.
This issue seems to show up inconsistently across devices; one person could see chats, another couldn't see any at all.
I tried to fix it by logging out in the arena, logging out outside of the arena and then reentering changing all gameplay/chat settings, adjusting visual settings, and hard resetting device. This issue continued into different play sessions.
