Just an idea: make quivers able to be loaded with the special arrows found in the game, if no arrows are loaded, it uses regular arrows. It's annoying to use the special arrows found in eg zones then run out really fast and have to re equip the quiver, which is made to hold arrows. Hope this gets seen by the devs, seems like a good way to bump up rangers a bit and make use of an item already in the game. Maybe add a counter somewhere that can see how many arrows you have left that you loaded. Just ideas
