Is this intel quest still bugged because I cannot find it anywhere?

I was coming here to ask the same. It still seems bugged for me. I crossed the ravine, found the climbing puzzle, found the door with the data spike, opened the chest… and the intel quest hasn’t resolved.

Same, It's the last quest that I have to do before I've finished everything related to quests.
