Does anyone remember how ties with non-sabacc hands work? So if I reveal a 1/2 and my opponent reveals a 2/3, both hands are considered equally tied because they're not sabacc hands, right?

Technically the game isn't a game where there is a clear winner you get money from the other players. Its a game where it matters whether you have the best hand or not. If you do, you get your bets back, if you don't, you lose what you bet in the pot or 1 if you had sabacc.
So a tie is not that different from a singular win: you just gets your bets back
in other words: bets dont move between players unless you use shift tokens for that.
