Anyone been able to get this on PC, I'm struggling with this!

I got it playing on PC with keyboard and mouse... I don't remember exactly when but most likely was on Tatooine out in the desert just hold down the w, a (or s), and control and go in a circle until it ticks over ... anywhere without a lot of obsticles can work the lake on akiva also has nice spaces to do that move
