Hi! I ran into the problem that I can't get the “Punching up" achievement. Only the Pykes combat starship appears in Tatooine's orbit.

yes. You have to destroy the Pyke ship first and wait. The Hutt ship will spawn after that

Did you leave the orbit? You cannot leave the orbit. After destroying the Pyke ship fly around the area where both ships spawn. The Hutt ship should spawn. That's how it worked with me

I did not leave orbit, I flew around the place where both ships arrive, having already killed Pyke. But after some time, Pykes arrive again and so on in a circle.
It turns out to be a bug, I will wait for patches.
