At least in the german translation the description for "Tadel" (maybe rebuke in English?) says it removes DEbuffs when it actually removes buffs (removing debuffs from an enemy does not make sense anyway). So it might be also wrong in other languages

Ok, so after some patches still no correction in the use of "buff" and "debuff".
