Kinda related to flowers, but bows and flower crowns. I have a trophy room for all my bows with different patterns/effects (I just picked one color to show it with), and then separately I have a flower crown room that shows all the crowns for each flower type (again just one color) for the default pattern/effect for that flower.

Every character’s cabin, that we could put these items ourselves - like Moppu. My Melody’s/Tuxedosam/Hello Kitty can be upstairs of her shop, Kuromi’s can be a room off her potion cabin, and just create new ones for everyone else like that. Then we can add their hats, holiday items, furniture sets, etc

Yeah I was like impossible because photo storage. Could be cute if there was a way to review some photos and things from major quests along with quest item trinkets. On walls or open scrapbook. I wonder if like using stuff from cutscenes that stores our character at the time could hit the middle of custom and memory space save to do that. Also a place to display a few photos maybe. I think dinkum museum may have that. But of course i am thinking more

Wouldn't it make sense to update the preserve too? Because at the moment creatures just wander around, but it would be nice if we could see them interacting with the environment and us.

I worked at this idea back in November 2024, about a photo album with stickers we could add in. Like a photo album, that will pop-up like the phone menu.
But I scrapped that idea, because I was like “When am I ever going to look in to that photo album?”. So I scrapped that idea and it never published it 😄

Honestly I feel like one of the biggest issues with the current collections is they are ordered by date found and there’s no way to sort it differently. If we could get the ability to sort comics by issue number that would be a huge help! If CD’s could be organized by biome and by “album” (same cover art) this would help us figure out what we are missing. It’s so difficult to figure out what is missing for some collections. Any new option to show a collection should allow us to order or sort by categories that are meaningful to us.

I would love to see each character have their own home where we could display these items. Having it be maybe twice the size as a current room would be good so that we could easily display all birthday items (balloons, party favors, cake, even the decorating kits!) character hats, holiday items, furniture, clothing, conchs, etc. for them. An alternative could be each character gets 2 rooms, one where set items automatically populate when we acquire them (like the birthday items, character hats, conchs) and all these rooms are a set, default layout that can not be rearranged. Each item would have its assigned location where it is toggled "off" until we obtain it. Once we acquire the item it gets toggled "on" and then displays in its assigned spot. So this would simply be a display, not actual items that we would put down. That way items aren't coming from our inventory in case they are one time only. Then the second room could be for us to decorate with the furniture items for them.
For those that have shops, they could have their home attached. If they do not have a place, there could either be a place created nearby that makes sense for them or have one building with multiple rooms in each biome that would house everyone from that area that doesn't have a shop.
So Hello Kitty, Tuxedo Sam, My Melody, and My Sweet Piano could all have a home above their shop.
Badtz could get a comic store added by the stand and the sole purpose could be to display all our completed comic sets. Maybe this could work similar to the preserve where we "donate" our completed collection and it goes on display into a set location. But, we could choose to remove it from display if we want.

As for the CDs, maybe a jukebox added to the Dance Hall where we can sort through and choose anything to play. Im not sure if people want to actually display all of these since so many look the same, but if so maybe it could be similar to the preserve and donate the item and then it gets displayed in its assigned spot.

As for the fish, I like the idea of an upgraded preserve. Or better yet, what if each area had its own preserve where you donate critters, add fish to an aquarium, display the flowers for the region (the default one, not every one that can be planted, and the colors and pattern). Again, instead of giving an actual item for display, it automatically toggles on when we acquire it. (I'm just thinking maybe it would be easier for coding and gameplay having a toggle on/off for some of these things. But im not a coder so I could be totally wrong. Lol)

Then for flowers a place where we could display LOTS. I'm not sure how the best way to do it would be since there are so many combos. Maybe a room for each flower type that would have space for every color and the pattern/effect default to that flower. Then for pattern transfers or double colors maybe an area where we can display only a select number? I mean, in theory a place for every single possible combo would be amazing, but not sure that is truly feasible.

I’m not sure if it’s been suggested but we need display cases for our weekly Gudetamas. Since they are all different shapes and sizes it’s hard to create cabins where it’s not just tables with them on top. It’d be amazing to have some sort of Gudetama specific display cases as they are one of the prides of any long time players collections. Or a Gudetama trophy room. Out of all the trophy’s collecting all gudetamas is peak trophydom
