It’s better that you’re getting used to handling him, and that he gets used to being handled. Toby here would fall asleep while I held him during tank cleanings (always wrapped in a towel just in case).

We had one of those miniature tank things, like when you first take a small critter home. It had square tubes that fit through slots in the sides the crickets could walk into. We just pulled those out and dumped them in Toby’s tank (I’m not sure what you’d call it for beardies). There are jelly type cubes and other such things you can use to keep them fed/give them water, so your scaly buddy gets fed properly, though I usually gave them the stalks from Toby’s kale because my sister refused to get the cricket food. She somehow didn’t see the point in making sure they were fed.

This is Canela (Cinnamon in translation), named after the fur’s color that looks similar to cinnamon sweets, she may look like a Siamese but actually is a mixed breed. She was formerly from my sister, but since she no longer interest, I take good care of her as always. I do the charge of feeding her everyday.

She just turned 3, so she’s still very rambunctious. She’s a night owl; she sleeps all day and tears through the house at night! She is very affectionate, but she doesn’t like being held, or sitting in laps. She enjoys sitting next to us and letting us pet her or demanding pets from beside us. She also loves my fiancé more than me 🤣 She loves toys, especially mechanical chaser toys, and she is seriously the softest cat I have ever touched, and I don’t even know why. She’s very clever and also nimble! She is only vocal sometimes. She’s got a personality on her, for sure 😻 Thank you for asking! I love this cat!
