Build planning mode

It'd be really helpful for planning out conveyor layouts, if there was a new build mode that would allow us to place "ghost" items in the world, without actually buying the items.

This would make experimenting with different layouts much more accessible, since it'd be trivial to try new ideas without having to spend the money on items we may not actually need.

Bonus points if for a new shop button to buy all the items currently placed as ghosts, or at the minimum show us how many of each there are.

Thanks for the link, that's actually super helpful!
I still think it'd be nice to have it in-game though.
I know factorio has this and it's very useful.
