I'm not sure how it happened (could be a complete random thing).......all I know is I exited game before checking all of them and than came back into the game, checked 3 parcels then noticed no more was showing up as desk so I stood up from chair and saw the parcel stuck at bridge

have you picked the parcel up and back on the conveyor?

maybe it is a problem with the raised conveyor never had this isue

i found where the game is installed but not sure where the save file is

copy and paste that into file explorer and it should take you right there - I'll be needing the MainSave.sav file please 😄

I have had this issue a few times as well. Can't really put the finger on when exactly it happens but it seems like when the conveyor is filled with stacked parcels it happens from time to time. I tend to put parcels on the conveyor, then layer some more on top of them. When the conveyor down the line then gets full, it stops, as is to be expected. When it starts to run again, from time to time, a parcel blocks the conveyor. Everything passed that parcel, works fine though. If the parcel gets picked up, everything start to run as expected and the packages that were blocked start to move.

I've managed to reproduce this issue

#

place a parcel at the end of a bridge to block it (left on my screenshot)
let a parcel wait to go onto the bridge
place a parcel ahead of / in front of that parcel
bridge no longer works

#not sure what caused this
