Hey all!
I've been revamping my resume and this is my latest version. I have a little more than 3 YOE and am currently applying to software engineer positions (mainly focused on backend) but have been getting ghosted or rejected for the most part. Most of my experience has been in data engineering and devops, but I've tried to incorporate as much backend responsibilities as possible. I've gotten a couple of call backs, but I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do to get more visibility on my resume? Any critiques and feedback would be appreciated!
