Cable facades are currently disabled in Mayview. I believe these should be available as, unlike other disabled AE2 features, it does not add any amount of complexity, and instead lets you make your build look nicer by hiding cables in walls, or allowing your terminal to be flush with the wall instead of sticking out.

it is possible to make facades in the 1.1.0 patch of mayview. you first need to make cable anchors and you can make those with a quartz wrench or certus quartz wrench. it will use the wrench in the recipe and the wrenches are unstackable. then you surrond a block with cable anchors to get a facade. easy as~
