Would be cool to add Sophisticated Storage to BCGP. It adds better chests/barrels with upgrades, filters, and bigger stacks, so storage doesn’t turn into a nightmare later on.
Pros:
• Way easier item management
• Upgradable storage (feels good to progress)
• Less chest-spam everywhere
Cons:
• Overlaps slightly with other storage options
Just a nice QoL mod overall

i mean doesn't it already have compact storage which does a similar thing? it's pretty upgradable and there's about the same amount of chest spam you'd have with sophisticated storage if im remembering correctly

Yeah that’s true tbh, Compact Storage and Tom’s Storage already do a lot
I just like Sophisticated Storage like being able to slap upgrades on a single chest without setting up a whole system
Totally get that it overlaps a bit though, just thought it could be a fun option

I think the bigger thing is sophisticated storage has stack upgrade options and more tuned upgrades. I havent fully used compact yet but its hard to beat my netherite stack barrels that hold several millions of items.
