Describe the issue: The quest to obtain 6x Dried Kelp isn't recognizing as being completed

Steps you've taken in effort to resolve this issue: I've tried to obtain the kelp in multiple ways such as out of a furnace, a smoker, creative, also tried submitting it through the diary screen and it will just not recognize it I'm not sure if I'm missing something or not?

Can confirm, same issue.

It says to submit it via a pumping it into a task screen, but there is no dried kelp quest to select in the task screen, only the mastery ones.

copy the config/ftbquests to the server files. the autoinstall didnt apply the patches for the quests unfortunately
