Bauble/Artifact slot config problems and wing problems

Recently transfered an entire save file over to a server and a few configs got reset including the wings and the artifact slot amounts (an example being that you have 2 belt slots and now we have one) . I am on BCG+NC

Does anyone know where I can find those exact config files to transfer them over to the server?

that's a datapack, which I suppose isn't loading properly because it's in the wrong folder

check the datapacks folder, and if anything's present in there- move it to resourcepacks
