Describe the issue:
i'm trying to manually update to 2.9.2 as Pebblehost hasn't updated their preinstalls yet from 2.8.1. It says that I need to update my fabric server launcher which i have done however it keeps saying it still has .16.0 even though its 0.16.5 in the folder. when i start the server it immediately crashes and for some reason 16.0 is back in the folder. help!!!
