Is there any way to increase the distance of this? I'm using inventory connectors, trims and cables and for some reason it wont work.

i dont think you can connect an invetory with 2 terminals like that,,, if you look at the cable connectors it does talk about beacons allowing multiple storage and terminals connecting but i dont think you can just link one storage setup to 2 different terminals without the beacon

Havent had much luck with this sort of thing. I either make 1 storage area/beacon, or have 2 separate storages with 2 separate wireless terminals/beacons

you can connect 2 terminals simply with a cable, you can see in your vid the cable can't connect to the Inventory Trim block:
