got a couple questions regarding installation and settings while i set up my server to run BCG+

my community asked me:

is it possible to make it so the starter cobblemon are shiny
(a question from myself) i saw somewhere that legendarys will not spawn without a data pack, is that still the case? if so what data pack do i need?

The data packs are included in the modpack
