Utility mod that fixes player's keybinds and settings being reset whenever the pack updates.
All the mod does is just copy all of the files inside of the /config/yosbr folder to the root .minecraft folder if said file doesn't exist when the game launches.

Alternatively, there's also Configured Defaults that essentially does the same.

Fundamentally this sounds like a wonderful suggestion Infact I beg but thinking more into it BCG already creates a default options anytime options doesn’t exist especially for resource pack orientation, etc would this conflict with that setup? I know that it’s set in a file somewhere

#

Actually looking into it even more BCG already has the mod in the pack

#

It’s already listed as a dependent of BCG

#

That would make sense since deleting options.txt doesn’t send me straight to keybind hell everytime i do that

oh, it really already has it in the pack

#

well then, changing my suggestion:
delete options.txt inside of the pack's zip file as that causes options.txt to always be overwritten because launchers overwrite them
