The Problem is that I am getting below 20FPS on the BigChadGuys Plus NA Server however yesterday I was getting well over 100-200 FPS. Im not sure if its just my pc or something magically changed overnight in my settings. Is there any specific problems that could be making my FPS go down without me knowing?

forgot to add but i get well over 100 FPS in the pause menu but in the game screen i get 20 fps and lower
