#Persona couldn't verify your identity

I am posting this issue here because I have not been able to get it resolved via any email or kaggle help center. I have created an account, verified Persona on my phone (successfully reported). And the error as shown in the picture prevents me from submitting any competitions. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue, thanks a lot
