Hi all wondering what kind of inference speed you are getting on medGemma 4b-it on kaggle GPUs, im running on T4 GPU but getting 60.20s | 1000 tokens | 16.6 tok/s, was expecting more, this makes development efforts a bit painful.

Do these speeds seem abnormal?

Yes its because T4 x 2 interval turing architecture in BF16 and latency.

It could be faster if u running with INT4 models but since is a medical grade competition i wouldnt recommended it, considered stay with BF16 and use newer architecture minimum AMPERE, nvlink, 32gb vram gpu its very helpful
