The only way to fight this technology is with legal and financial liability for breaking the law. The entire business model of these companies was to steal our data to replace us as employees, and if we can’t take the first step in realizing how evil of a premise that was to begin with, then we’re beyond help. This isn’t just about stealing data, it’s about monetizing stolen data to replace people.
