Ive been running often arbi with group fished in recruit chat, and ive noticed something interesting i think, a LOT of people are from here, from this server but dont use the normal Arbi LFG cause they either miss some gear or they are too scared to be judged. sooo my idea is why not have a sub branch of arbi lfg, ones with way lower standards and for newer people approaching arbi where the "anxiety" of playing arbi is reduced. Might sounds weird prolly but ive heard the same thing for plenty of people, and i think it would be something nice for both good players and newers ones. The good will get better players in arbi lfg and the newers one can have runs that are more chill without feeling too much pressure to keep up some standards

idk why ppl are afraid to use lfg channel, people understand players might be new, especially with arbinitiate role only. Plenty of people, including myself, are more than willing to take noobs on our runs. If theyre not, then the person recruiting will usually say so in their lfg ping
There can be a variety of reason tbh, it can skim all over the place from just performance anxiety (hi that would be me and a few others I've talked to) to not having the full gear required but still would like to run arbi, for example specters(they are easy true but lot of people take for granted that everyone have everything just ready) or even simply scared of being judged for how they play or what tehy do, or scared to fuck up by accident etcetc, I had plenty of reason told to me over the last weeks. Just wanted to let people know here cause I know That most run arbi with either clan mates or just the lfg in here and never used recruit, and I had this happen to me quite a few times while building groups lol
We discussed this previously and the general opinion was that we do not want to divide the playerbase in such a way.
If people are not up to guide in #❖│old-arbi-lfg, either as a host or as a client, they can do so, even if they do not have complete gear.
One important thing is to say so, so everyone in the squad knows that they are new/inexperienced/missing something. Attached a couple examples of how this would work:
@ S-Tier-Arbitration H Casta 80W 1/4 | First time for me running | LF Saryn, Volt, Wisp
@ S-Tier-Arbitration H Casta 80W 1/4 | 250 Strength Wisp | LF Saryn, Volt, Mirage
- Wisp | 250 Strength
- Volt first time running
It doesnt have to be as specific as that. But just let your squad know that you may be not up to par with the rest. 90% of players will still run with you. Only if you pretend to have everything and do not let them know they would get mad because they expect a full strength player.
