I'm not entirely sure, but either after the last update today, 10/03/26, or after the update of the Crystal II mining laser, I can no longer obtain dust rubies from any source. Regardless of how many sources I mine.
The sources indicate that they can theoretically give dust rubies, but they no longer do so.
