Suggestion: Add an auto destruct option on an item by item basis.

Most camps have a handful of things that are common and essentially garbage that make looting more tedious than it needs to be. Its to the point that ill kill 20-30 mobs and then wonder if its even worth the effort trying to find the rare spell that may or may not be in that pile.

Examples from 1 camp in Azynthi's Garden:
Hardened Copper Sword
Molorai Battle Chain
Azynthain Scripture 1
Azynthain Scripture 2
Azynthain Scripture 3
Blueprint: Azynthian Dining
Blueprint: Azynthian Livingroom
Blueprint: Azynthian Rest

According to the wiki the scriptures wont drop if you already have one. But this doesnt take your bank into account. You therefor have to take up 3 of your precious inventory slots to stop more from dropping.

#

Just thinking out loud maybe you could have like temporary inventory slots dedicated to blocking items. For example maybe you have like a row of 10 boxes in your UI you can fill will drops to exclude all future instances of them as long as you have them equipped in those slots

#

Ultimately the goal though is to streamline the looting process and make picking through the pile less of a chore

noted but im mod shy nowadays

just as some background on that. When i install mods i prefer to be able to review the code. But with that comes the burden of actually reviewing the code. Then there is the (if steam workshop subscription/autoupdate cycle) patches that break the mods which then take a secondary review once they are updated

#

so its just more hassle than the loot pile problem

#

i know thats a little on the paranoid end of the spectrum but it is what it is

Well I will say this maybe it will help you, all mods from erenshor vault, are virus scanned from VT and checked for and malicious code. While it is a automated process, so probably not perfect, all my mods are open source and on github and will always remain so. But I understand the fear of downloading unknown mods, especially now days

redacted (released soon) also has some safety features built-in, it even tells you what mods do and asks you if you're ok with loading them

Sort of poking at the source files now. I dont usually even go that far. Kind of interesting to see the tools used for modern modding
