I'm not exactly sure how I managed this, but I think I'm missing a chat window. I've got a number of mobs that give the option between printing to local chat or global chat, but whenever I have local chat selected, the mods don't print text in either of my chat windows - only when I open up a conversation with an NPC. Does anyone know how I get the "local chat" window back?

local chat doesn't exist anymore

it's basically now the window that pops up when you talk to npcs

There's the popup local chat still he should have
