Auction House - Seller items / stored gold resetting on login

If I list items on the auction house, log out, log back in, and check the auction house, my seller items are gone and I don't receive any gold when I interact with the auction NPC. After looking into this a little more, I found my {characterName}-PAHD file in the save data and can see that after I list the items, they're correctly added to the file. After I log out, the file contents are still correct. It's being reset the moment I log in.

I'm pretty sure this was working at some point recently, maybe before the updates this past weekend. I have definitely collected gold from auction house sales before.

One additional complication is that I was trying the Auction House UI overhaul mod this weekend. I've removed that for the sake of troubleshooting and I'm still seeing this issue, so it doesn't seem like the mod is the cause, but maybe something's off with my save that wouldn't occur normally. I don't have any mods installed right now.

Do you have a second character by the same name?

I don't think so. I remade another one of my characters and reused that one's name, but not this one.

Maybe it's something with the other character's name being reused though.

It sounds like a steamcloud issue honestly, try disabling steamcloud and running your test again

Steamcloud updates your save data on game startup

Which is when you're losing yours
