sometimes even with a sim right in front of you some spells refuse to cast such as gift of vitea and

im trieing to replicate it but it has only happens 3 or so times not common issue ill post more if i find a way to rplicate it

I noticed it today as well, when I had my tank targeted, and he ran off screen to pull something. I tried to cast the mana replenishing spell (being a duelist) and got the same notification in the bottom right corner.
When my tank came back, or when I targeted myself, it worked again
