Bought a pair of Illusionist's Trousers and the sim restocked their inventory with a Monarch's Blade and an Executioner of Azure immediately. Switching sim vendors and returning to the original the new items would disappear again. The new items could be purchased it wasn't just a visual bug. I tried a few different sims and some would add new items and some would not. Disconnected, reconnected, and I can still make it happen.
