I played a bit today before i went to work, grinded from lvl 5-7 and got a nice metal chest piece i was happy about. I hopped on just now and somehow im back to level 5 and everything i did earlier today is gone. Probably not much can be done about it but definitely worth reporting

Steam cloud rolls back sometimes and I don't know why

Go to character select

#

There's a backups button near the bottom

#

Scroll through til you find the character that's most up to date

#

It holds a rolling 20 backups of every character

well i see 2 roll backs from 12:00pm and 12:07pm today respectively which is about the time i logged out earlier before work but both of them still show me as lvl 5

i wonder if your home PC just didnt upload for wahtever reason

it syncs lots of files so it takes a minute, if you close it too fast it doesnt get through sometimes

when you fire up that home PC and it says there's a cloud mis-match make sure you choose the local save is all

#

if that doesnt work it'll be in your backups and if that fails hit me up
