I was wondering if anyone can help me create teams for the L/Ds i have. I have a variety of units but it would alot to post them all, so if you can drop a few teams for each mon that would be amazing!

Not really how this works. You have to pick offense or defense and what you’re trying to counter with that team you’re building

this is a really complex game and there's a lot that goes into building teams other than someone just telling you what monsters to use. for example, where specifically to use that team? how to rune it?
not to mention you didn't share the rest of your box so you're asking us to do a lot of extra work in either guessing what else you have, or wasting time proposing teams with monsters that you don't have. it is not hard at all to share some screenshots of your other monsters, alternatively the better way to do it would be to make an account on https://swgt.io, you can show a much more organized view of your monsters there.
you may think that you're asking a very simple question but it's really not simple at all. we don't appreciate people coming in here asking for help with 0 effort on their part. there are tons of guides on this server in #1048681073502068917 and #guides that can get you started. if you do a bit of research on your own first and then ask more specific questions based off of what you read, we'd be much more happy to help you
