And second question how important are the artifacts to the just do it sectio for toa since i pretty mouch have everything else completed except the artifacts since im still lvl 21 only

When we say devil a monster, generally assume they need to be fully skilled up. That being said there is an event for nat5 skillups for new players iirc that you can use veromos on
The artifacts give you 100 def/1500 hp main stats. They are not trivial and you should actually equip them if youbave them or wait till level 27. You can't get past some toa high floors bc they would not be tanky enough
finishing scenarios on higher difficulty also give you free artifacts
