First time using Leo so not 100% sure on how to go about it. Wouldn't the higher you climb the opponent will have Will on there Atb Booster so it still becomes a battle of speed between yours and theirs?

it would specifically have to be a turn 2 team bc of the nature of his passive but we don't recommend anything like that for anything else than leo christina

With Leo you can bring in like +10 speed units and the +230 speed enemies will not be able to lap you (i.e. take multiple turns which means a higher chance of you dying)
not an advisor but I'd like to suggest
Leo -> Delphoi -> Ritesh (L) -> Verad
or
Leo -> Delphoi -> Anavel (L) -> Verad
basically when you run lower speed units it means you can bring more in more stats, just ensure the units are speed tuned
Leo should be ideally 0 speed (but takes first turn), the enemies do their thing and hopefully you don't die (depends on your rune efficiency really)
Delphoi full cleanses your team and puts up immunity
Ritesh def buffs your team, def breaks enemy team (ideally you do not bring this team into immunity buffers)
and Verad demolishes them with high Def, CR and CD
can understand why the advisors here do not recommend these teams, as Verad shines in TOA and should be like +130ish speed (for TOA Hell maybe) instead of a measly +10 speed
