Idk what lvl i am and tbh i want to prove to my clan im a good leader. And prove my idea for the clan is good so i got to do pvp to show my worth

You’re not being a good leader by rushing yourself and your guild into content you aren’t prepared for. Focus on finishing pve so you are able to farm the resources you need to compete in the future. Theres pve guild content to do in the meantime, but realistically anyone in a guild you are leading right now is in the same boat as you

just join a random guild and farm with it, don't bother trying and making a guild from scratch, you're shooting yourself in the foot before you even start playing pretty much
