How should I build and use Fridrion the Light dragon warrior? Either pvp, RTA or other areas

I've just pulled Fridrion and not sure how to build him, I've tried him on violent and he seemed okay but a bit underwhelming, he didn't have enough damage for vampire build unless I maybe went crit damage, I was thinking maybe despair but am unsure
