most support monsters already make a lot of pve content pretty safe without needing their 2a, they barely get damage or anything from 2a so it's just a waste of energy

kro and raoq and etc do get more damage from 2aing so it's a huge upgrade for them and helps you clear faster

or some utility upgrade like lulu 2a that makes her from a single cleanser into a full aoe, which makes a huge difference
