Hi guys, thanks for your hard work and for this guide that helped me getting over PVE step by step and understanding lots of aspects to the game efficiently !

I finished the guide for some time and I am mainly focusing on arena/siege for now as I want to take my time perfecting my runes/artifacts before trying out RTA. Some of my PVP monsters are not even lv40 yet (wondering if I should invest some energy on their xp by the way?).

Considering that the event that lets us choose a 5 nat for free, I have checked the better options shared in the Discord, but I still cannot decide which choice will be the most suitable in my case...

I own Poseidon, which is known for being quite effective with Tiana offenses. However I know that Leo's passive is very unique and allows attacking certain speed teams in a different and interesting way. I was also considering getting Juno in my 10 choice event, which is also a zone buff remover but more in a utility way.

What are your thoughts about this choice? Is it better considering a good overall offense, or choosing a unique passive that could unlock some situations in the future?
Should I still consider Juno in my 10 nat 5 choice events in any case?
I've attached pictures of my monster box for reference. Thanks for your kind help!

these decisions shouldn't depend on your box or what you already have

#

they're solely dependent on what areas of the game you want to focus on

#

specifically, in pvp there's arena, siege/world guild battles, and RTA

#

different people enjoy different things, different monsters are good for different things

#

this game is much less about building some generalized synergistic team than it is about having specific counters to specific enemy monsters in specific areas of the game

#

i know you said you're mainly focusing on arena/siege for now, but the real question is

#

does RTA interest you at all? do you eventually want to play it?

#

or are you sure you'll never touch it

#

I have an interest in RTA, but I see it as the most difficult part of PVP and as an area where optimization is even more important and decisive

#

But I get your point

#

I am just thinking that it may be too early in the game to play RTA, but maybe it is a misconception in my end

wise jolt
#

it's never too early to play

#

you don't have to have any monsters or runes at all, because you can use support units

#

to try it out

blissful citrus
#

that's true, I just consider exploring it

wise jolt
#

i'm not trying to make this hard but people just miss the point

#

if you're deciding between leo and tiana

#

the main thing should just be how much you care about rta

#

because leo is really useful for rta and that's where the majority of his usage goes into

#

if you don't care about rta, then it's an easy choice for tiana over leo

#

if you just go by the data in this game

#

most people don't touch rta

#

a lot of people say they may get into it

#

but the reality is that it's too scary or frustrating for them and they end up never playing it

#

why pick a monster that will never get used

blissful citrus
#

I mean, it is quite easy to enjoy siege/arena without having Tiana. How is it about RTA without having Leo from your experience?

#

Your point is true

wise jolt
#

this game is balanced enough that there's lots of great monsters

#

you can enjoy anything while missing a ton of specific things

#

even the very best monsters in the game

blissful citrus
#

I get it

wise jolt
#

the real reason why people should wait until the end to pick their monster

blissful citrus
#

There is always a way to make it differently for the same result right

wise jolt
#

isn't actually "just in case they summon that monster"

#

because that chance is laughably low

#

but for the smart player, it's actually to give you more time just to play the game

#

and figure out what you like

#

you should be spending this time

#

trying out rta

blissful citrus
#

For sure, will do
