it widely varies depending on how far you are in the game and how much time you spend playing
most pvp content in this game reward you with scrolls, and competing (and winning) at higher levels will give you more
for example, personally without spending any money but playing at these high levels in pvp, i can save 300 MS and 30 LD each month, not including anniversary events
and not including other scrolls either like elemental scrolls or legendary scrolls
if you want to count these crazy good anniversary events, i've purchased over 600 MS from just the coin shop alone, and it's not even over yet
