I run the Teshgbah team with like a 80% success rate and average around 00:54 per run. It's much better than my last team, but more inconsistent. I was unsure of stats so I really just winged it. I sacked crit rate a bit on Tesh and Whomie because of the Teshar(L), though it may be too low now. I have only 6 sets of Fight runes active from lack of Fight runes and substats. I know my Prilea sucks.
I will also mention this is a first time I've actually tried to optimize runes for more efficient runs, and I also lack the grind/gemstones for rune improvement. Still working on a SR5 team for that. I've been winging most of my time here, so I also haven't learned many basic stuff, including combat speed - I realistically have no clue about this unless it's just Mon Spd+rune Spd.
Current turn order is Prilea<Tesh<Teon<Whomie<Kona

you can't "wing it" in this game
the only advice you'll ever get is to literally just follow the guide
?teshgbah
So, would it be safe to assume the inconsistency is from the lack of damage from Teshar/Whomie and the lower crit rate? I'm not sure if I have the speed down or not
your prilea speed is not correct
other than that it's mostly just you need more damage
your crit rate is fine why do you think it's not good?
Is it not too low? Unless my math is wrong, Teshar's crit rate is 67 and Whomie is 66? Is the calculating (base*(L)) + rune or am I wrong?
I'm referring to the crit rate calculations from Teshar Lead skill
I didn't think it was just a flat percentage added to it, okay. I thought it was a multiplier to the base crit rate.
Uh, besides Prilea's speed not being what needs to be shown, is everyone else's speed meeting the minimum requirement? The purpose of this team is to run through the dungeon without getting hit, right?
^ This is probably inconsistent more because I lack the damage
spds look fine other than that yes, if your speed skill is maxed
