Next step after doing gbah

I know at #guides there are so many option u can do, but all i wanna ask is what the best step i can do after finished gbah?

is it enough to complete gbah in 4 minute?

should have completed upgrade step 1 and in the process of completing upgrade step 2 of ?gbah before moving onto ?toa (toa hard)
