Trouble reaching stat requirements

I've been trying to rune my monsters for toa hard, but I'm having difficulty reaching the required stats. I'll try to rune towards 100% crit rate on spectra for example, but I end up sacrificing accuracy, which has to reach a certain threshold.

Would I just need to keep obtaining more runes that better satisfy stat requirements, or am I putting the wrong runes on my monsters, or could it be both?

I can show an example of a monster if it helps.

better efficiency of the runes: this comes in 2 parts

• more stats align with what he needs on that rune
• the stats on the runes overall have better efficiency, be ith a higher rarity or rolling better

another word of advise is about CD, which aside from having a slot 4 CD mainstat, he doesnt need anymore till after he mets his other requirements
