#Minimum speed for miniboss GBAH

Hey guys, I have a problem for my speed tuning for GB Abyss hard can you help me figure it out ? When I'm at the miniboss my turn play is prilea > teshar > kona > teshar > homu > teon but when homu is 100% atb the mini boss and left/right minion play before him... What is the minimum speed to play before them ?

My waves 1 and 3 for golems is good no problem, my only issue is mini boss speed tick

Yes I need more damage, I only kill it in one skill when teshar is doing S2 after S1
