level 60 trying to have a consistent sr5, its kinda inconsistent rn so how would I improve my team?

riley sucks, vela's not really that useful, and bale is kinda specifically built with a certain team in mind and he's not good otherwise
there are other cleansers that have more useful s1/s2 and easier to skill up that can replace vela
