Which set should I pick? Which stats should I chase?

I'm currently trying to set up my PVE teams to farm runes if that helps.

No matter where you are in the game, choose Violent anytime you get to pick the set for a rune event reward. Anytime you get to pick an artifact, pick Attack type.

after violent I'd suggest swift, blade, will, destroy

though the last two are for mostly pvp and might not help immediately, so just focus on the stats from them
