Team 4 in the gbah command can get down to sub 1 minute times with good runes and is consistent. To get faster than that and stay consistent, would recommend switching to either teshgbah or kylegbah as a whole

Neither teshar nor Kyle is a miracle monster that will drastically change or improve a different gbah team by itself

You shouldn’t be looking to find places to use particular monsters. You should decide what content you are working on and figure out what monsters you need to do that content
