From what i see on command it only talks about speed. Besides speed anything relevant? Like atk,cr or cd?

Look up a video on tesh gbah and see how that runs

Youll see that if you run it correctly the garuda's do nothing but S2, (i.e. only speed matters)

And youll also get a (vague) idea of the runes needed for damage and whether you can achieve that
