the first step is to not do what you're suggesting

don't try to redo your entire account all at once on one day

#

it never ends up well

#

you will always start trying teams out and realizing you need to adjust things

#

follow #guides , tackle dungeons one at a time in order

#

once your team for that dungeon is good, move on to the next. don't touch runes from previous teams to do the next. if you dont have runes for the next team, keep farming until you do
