R5 Speed Tuning

hi, I have been playing casually for some years. Finally have planned to to farm R5 more seriously.

I have the basic BJ5 team, dogs team and twins team. Currently it fails 1-2 times every 30 runs due to some error in speed tuning.

I have been analysing my runs and at times it seems like my +106 kahli moves before the boss and i get close to losing / lost due to the order being ruined.

Hence posting here to seek help optimizing.

One question I would like to seek assistance with:

• Must the speed of all 3 teams be similar?
  I saw a guide that combat speed of all teams should be < 130 - 169 to allow the boss to move first.

Follow a guide, don’t just make up a team by yourself

The team this server recommends is in ?sr5

If you want to do some other team that’s fine too but you have to follow that guide, I’m sure it answers all questions you have

Yes I did follow ?sr5 command, the one with Fria & Hwa. Mel replaced with single target DD.
BJ5 team has enough dmg, turn order is ok.

(1) Have switched back to Kro BL but still dying 1-2 times every 30 runs.
(2) For dog team, my Kahli sometimes goes before dragon, is it due to her being too fast? (Have a swift set on her, +106 spd)

the regular recommended team also gets to 35s avg and requires absolutely no tuning or any specific monsters
